Unauthorized debits
I am extremely disappointed in Edgars for allowing unauthorized debits on my avcount. This is a clothimg account, who on earth gave them the right to treat it like a bank account? RMCS has been taking money off my account since September 2018, Edgars claims that they have no idea how or why it was authorized. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that my I cannot trust Edcon. I'm thinking of closing my account before being subjected to more unauthorized debits.

12 Feb 2019, 18:29Yes I canceled the service. Have been trying to request a refund. They are not answering my call instead, my call get answered, placed on hold, airtime wasted and then gets dropped. The number that I called to cancel the product, call center agents said they aren't allowed to assist Edgars clients.
