Unauthorized debit orders!

I write this review with great disappointment. I have been debited various amounts on my bank account which I have not authorized. 1. The first amount on the account I received on 10 Jan 2023 for R58.99, this was for mobile insurance services, and I need it to be reversed 2. 11 Jan 2023, my account was debited with R177, I received the worst service as after 12 calls and 180 minutes later I was informed this is for club membership which I have never agreed to, I need this reversed and refunded to me 3. I tried to get a new card on the 11th of Jan 2023 but decided against it due to your incompetence, if there were any fees charged for this card please reverse it with immediate effect

I want you to understand something, I have not used my Edgars account for at least one year, so when I receive unauthorized debits going off my account it is something I have given no mandate or permission to. What your organization has done is totally against the Consumer protect Act, I would appreciate it if someone senior like a supervisor or manager contact me before I take this matter to all social media platforms and report this to the Ombudsman.
