Unauthorized cellphone contract

I wanted to do sim swap when I got there I discovered that I have cellphone contract with Edgar that I was not aware of. I immediately went to Edgar to enquire. When I got there I found Beullah who refused to assist me because it is 16:00 already but when I checked the time it was stil 15:50 I refused to leave until she assists us. She made a call after a call she just told us that they will call us with feedback she was very impatient she could not even tell us when did the contract start and how much was contract payment . I have not received any call from Edgar for the cancellation. Can you consultant give us a good service with good attitude and stop acting like they are making us a favour. I also need to know how can I have a contract with Edgar without authorisation from me. I need that contract cancelled immediately.
