UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS TO MY ACCOUNT.

ACCOUNT CHARGES. ACCOUNT NUMBER *** R N Y SPALDING. I refer to my emails dated 21/3/2021 addressed to *** and edg******* your reference CS [<AR***>] to which as usual I have had no response. Since January Edgars have charged my account with the below. I have not authorised Edgars to charge these amounts to my accounts and I request these be stopped with immediate effect. Furthermore my understanding is that interest should only be charged for 6 months and longer why am I being charged with interest. The only charge applicable is the ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN. 01/04/2021 FAMILY PROVIDER PLAN FEE R69.00 01/04/2021 PERSONAL ACCIDENT FEE R87.50 01/04/2021 PERSONAL FUNERAL PLAN FEE R48.50 01/04/2021 EDGARS CLUB LIFE FEE R56.00 01/04/2021 JET CLUB FEE R42.00 08/04/2021 INTEREST R15.66 08/04/2021 ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN R4.40 As I did not ask for the above services Edgars are requested to reverse out these charges from January 2021 to date as well as to ensure these do not appear in future payments. This nothing other than theft and *****. Until these reversals have been made I will not be making any payments to this account as the amounts owed are from these transactions over the past 4 months. AS far as I am concerned you can close this account as this is ******* activity on my account.
