UNAUTHORISED SERVICE FEE ON ACCOUNT

On my Feb 2016 statement I received from Edgars I noticed a Service fee amount of R22.80 added on my account. I then looked back on my previous accounts and noticed that the same amount appeared on my Jan 2016 statement but not on my previous statements. I then sent an email to their accounts department to enquire about this on 08/03/2016 and still no one has provided me with feedback. I need to know what this fee is for and why it is appearing on my statement as I did not authorise it and want the 2 months fee paid back
