Unauthorised premiums & data changes on accounts
Please desist from deducting unauthorised account protection plan premiums from my account? Please resume sending my statements via postal delivery? I never authorised any delivery mechanism change. Please rectify my initials to J H March on your data base. This is the umpteenth request in so many years.
