Unauthorised fees
I have been charged a financial services and club fee for 2 months now<br> I have inquired about this a month and 8 days ago and again a week ago<br> No response received but the amount still appears on my statement<br> Adding fee's for services and clubs to which i have not agreed is ***** and will be treated as such!<br> And to top it off it is not just with me you are doing it. Sorry to say but i am not one of those people who just assume it is a legit fee that needs to be there. For 3 years this hasn't been on my statement so why now all of a sudden?!
