Unauthorised deductions
Edgars charged me R150 pm for life and hospital cover without my consent and refuses to reverse the premiums. Thieving boolies!

Hollard wrote back to FAIS Ombud and said because i never raiser the matter within 30 days, they will not refund. This means u can deduct money from customers and if no issue is raised,u can continue *****ing from us!? Totally unacceptable. Had Edgars account since 1994 to be treated this way.
