Unauthorised debit

I received my account statement today, 15 Oct 2015 dated 29 Sep 2015.<br> I was shocked to find an unauthorised charge of R19,99. There are other entries made and reversed on the account.<br> I called the call centre, spoke to Ebrahim and was told that I need to speak to some-else in another department that had raised this cost. After waiting for about 5 minutes, he tells me that some-one will call me to discus this. I have not received a call as yet.<br> <br> I do not want to speak to anyone. Just remove the charge and do not raise any debits on this account. Leave the credit balance on the account, as I intend using this later in the year.<br> <br> I would like a written apology from management regarding this ********** charge.<br> <br>
