Unauthentic perfume
We bought a cologne for R1800.00, from Edgars Wst str, that thing was very bad could not even last for an hour. Two weeks later I took it back,"I have records". For 3 months have been given a Run around by Edcon staff on the Phone. Until I phoned again today & I was told that they received a feedback from Store manager that I had used the perfume to half they wont be able to assist me. How possible is, that within two weeks I had used half a bottle already?? Now I'm stuck here, angry, frustrated and vulnerable because the Stupid Store Manager ****. instead of being exploited like this, I deserve a Redress, im not demanding my money back, even if i get a different brand its now fine.

As per our records our cosmetic executive visited the store in January 2018 to follow up on this issue and noted the following.
The Eros fragrance was purchased from the store so it is original. The fragrance was purchased by your wife and you were not happy with the scent and it was taken for testing.
The report received was that the fragrance is strong, you can smell the fragrance as soon as you open the cap.
In addition the bottle is half used and we don’t feel it is appropriate to credit the fragrance if it is half used.
Lastly we have not received any complaints regarding this product in fact the product is the best-selling brand across all chains.
