unathorised charges

<p>Edgars agents used to call me to join edgars VIP club and i refused on several occasions. Later i realised that my account was charged for extra R60.00 for vip. I then went to store n the lady contacted the consultat who indicated that all the money from August 2015 to June 2016 will be paid back since I indicated that I never agreed to that n the person who authorused it without my concern must take all responsibility since I never agreed to that. July statement came with changes only on the 60.00 charges but the money was never paid. I went to the store n was advise to write a letter n email it but to date I see the statement still no changes. Edgars rectify this </p>
