UNACCEPTABLE HARASMENT
I paid my account end of February. I have R293.00 outstanding from that payment and the instalment due end of March. I am being harassed daily with phone calls and emails alleging I am in arrears with over R1000. How is that as my instalment is due end of March. Why AM I AS A CONSUMER BEING HARASED WHERE AS I AM ACKOWLEDGING THE DEBT AND PAYING. I am very unhappy and VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I receive calls early mornings, late afternoons from rude consultants....REALLY!!!!!
