Unacceptable - Charging a Sassa Pensioner account fees which was not authorized or signed up for

I have not used my Edgars account in years. I did not sign up for Edgars Club fees. They incorrectly charged me in 2020, it was credited and now again they are charging me club fees. I have requested multiple times for my account to be closed with no luck. I have been to the store, I have phoned and I have emailed. I am a sassa pensioner and do not use my account anymore, I canceled everything, and now all of a sudden they put charges through on my account. I have had it with their incompetence to do their job. I want my account closed with immediate effect
