Unacceptable and pure insulting behavior with no shame ?

My fiancé and I went to go and pay for dstv at Edgars connect in Durban on West street. We got there and there was one guy doing dstv payments. He was busy with a customer. They were taking so long and my fiancé went to the manager 'Nomaphelo' and asked if any one else could help him besides the busy guy. Nomaphelo then told my fiancé "NO...you can go to Pep if you're in a hurry" with so much attitude. Now first of all how does a worker of Edgar's refer us to another store when we chose Edgar's service. On top of that her attitude was so bad and when my fiancé spoke to the guy that was busy he told my fiancé that that's how Nomaphelo treats and talks to customers...and she won't change she's been like that ever since she came to work there. Really? Edgar's allows that even the workers have gotten used to their manager mistreating customers and giving them stinky bad attitude as if we need Edgar's more than they need us... that is utter *******..my fiancé eventually paid and when he asked the guy he was paying to where his name tag is and what his name was he blatantly refused to give my fiancé his name...so that's how workers are at Edgar's connect...they don't wear name tags and refuse to give customers their names...what kind of a jungle store is this....where is the proffesionalism...what kind of people is Edgar's hiring...this guy is dark and tiny bodied and he was wearing a Vodacom t-shirt..,.it doesn't end there we then went somewhere else but we couldn't stop thinking and talking about how bad the treatment we got there was...we then decided to go back and talk to the manager because we were extremely unhappy...when we got there the manager still gave us attitude saying she did nothing wrong so what are on about we then tried to explain the her attitude towards customers is extremely bad and that you never refer clients to another store than the one you work for...we then told her that one of her worker that we dealt with is not wearing a name tag and refused to give my fiancé his name...her response was "he doesn't wear a name tag...workers who are wearing Vodacom t-shirts don't wear name tags..really? I beg for Vodacom to justify this because I know how much of a big company and proffesional company Vodacom is...she then gave us his name and she said his name is "Siphosethu Ngwenya" of which we're not if she gave us the right name or not...and earlier when we were paying my fiancé asked for The managers name from 'Siphosethu' and he said he can't give us and when we asked him infront of the manager about him refusing to give us the managers name he blatantly clicked his tongue at us INFRONT OF THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID NOTHING ABOUT THAT my fiancé kept on saying to her "how can you allow him to click his tongue to us customers infront of you" and she said when we're done we can get out because she needs to close up...she had her name tag on and that's how we got her name ....I demand for what ever Superior management team member to even look at the footage because I'm sure there are cameras there to see how bad Edgar's connect workers treated us...as if they're runnng a ****a shop...we have never been insulted by worker in this manner before utterly atrocious
