Unable to unsubscribe from mailing list

Hi, I am receiving promotional emails from Edgars even though the unsubscribe link tells me I am already unsubscribed. Why are you sending me promotional emails if I have already indicated not to contact me. Stop violating my rights before I report the company. Regards
