Unable to to get my edgars account closed.

Hi settlement my account id no (***) in Dec 2020 , paid settlement amount , called sent emails asking for the account to be close it still not close and I'm still being billed every month for charges , this is ridiculous . I speak to their customer care they just drop the call. what kind of service is that.

I want my account close i paid the settlement amount .
