Unable to refund
I have been in 4 times within a week to get a refund on a purchase I made on 13 December 2015. Each time their system has declined to refund my card and each time they say there is no cash in their tills. I find this completely unacceptable as I am entitled to a refund on my purchase and they are making their problem mine. I will never purchase anything from any of their stores again.
