Unable to read or do proper research.
You really all should just be ashamed of yourselves! Really I would be so embarrassed! This company really does need a wake up call! <br> I have had an on going fight with you people who 'claim' to be able to do a job. Do you not do proper research on what a client is complaining about?<br> <br> You have hidden my statements from me for longer than 8 months, it became clear that this was done because you are **********ly deducting money off my account. I say this because I have asked NUMEROUS times for proof that I allowed the deductions and I just get ignored. Than finally I get a note saying you cancelled what ever the ******** thing was that was being deducted and you have refunded me for one month. <br> <br> Are you stupid that you cannot read all my e-mails and complaints saying that I want a credit note and a new statement for ALL the ********** deductions? <br> <br> Are you not able to do proper research and see how long this ******** activity has been going on for?<br> <br> Pull your fingers out your asses and supply me with a valid credit note and updated statement and credit my account, By my calculation as per the statements you finally sent me this is about R200 rand.<br> <br> Get this sorted!!!!
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised Mobile Content was enrolled in December 2014 and the first debit was in January 2015. R19.19 multiply by 8 months and the charges were all credited.
The credit was done on the 18th of August after the statements were send out. There is no current statement but will only be available on the 09th of August 2015.
