Unable to provide me with a statement

I called in 5 times on Friday, 22 May 2015 to simply request that they send a statement to [Email Removed] Each time I confirmed my email address and asked them each time if they are sure they sent it to me. It's 3 days later and I am still waiting for a statement from them. Regards, Quintin
