Unable to login

Can you fix my online profile please. I have been calling and the customer service has been taking me from one agent to another. How difficult it is to reset a profile online? I am trying to login in https://ss.rcs.co.za/partner/edgars/self-service/login/ and it says i have exceeded my login attempts. Can you help me with this ASAP
