Unable to exchange brand name birthday present.

I am very dissapointed with Edgars policies and would like to make the public aware that if you receive a birthday present with tags on and would like to exchange it in my case for 1 size up then they refuse to do it because its a brand name product. I think that this is a ridulous policy and I will inform my friends and family not to make birthday purchases at Edgars as they need to give me the slip to exchange it which is very *********.
