UNABLE TO CONTACT EDGARS TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I have been trying to close my Edgards account since Monday. I have sent emails, I have contacted them on there Whatsapp number and tried to phone. No one answers the phone and the emails comes back saying that there is something wrong with the server I must send the mail again later. Which I have done numerous times. On the Whatsapp chat they said that a settlement letter will be emailed to me which was not done.
