Unable to close my Edgars account

I closed my Edgards account in December 2020 and paid it in full. I am still receiving bills. And the monthly admin fees keep on accumulating. I went into the store, laid formal complaints online and on Facebook. I was apologised to and told multiple times that RCS will contact me - they never did. It is impossible to close this account!
