Unable to cancel the Edgars club account

I have been phoning numerous times a day to contact the Edgars club department and I have not been assisted at all. Every time i speak to someone in the store they give a new story and i constantly have to be paying fees for an account im not using. I've been phoning everyday to cancel the Edgars club that is connected to the account and nobody answers but they keep increasing the fees every week. The customer service is absolutely pathetic.
