Unable to answer calls in Edgars Sandton City

I am still not able to call Edgars in Sandton City - my reference no. is ********** 0503/GO I am of the view that they are misleading the public by giving out numbers of their website, but nobody bothers to answer the phone. Why? Is it so difficult to answer a phone yet everybody spends their lives on their cellphones. Maybe that's why they do not answer the calls in the store.
