*****ulent Purchases on closed account

Well this is my story, I closed my edgars account in 2021, and paid it off everything. So last year 2023 I started getting calls from the call center telling me am owing, I asked where did I make those purchase they could not give me that information, I was sent back and forth with different emails, affidavit that I must send and proofs. I did with my work email. I will also send those details of you can send me maybe an email address to prove. Then I kept getting the calls and being harassed to make payment, eventually I call the Head office demanded to speak to a manager worse part they did not want to disclose their names and surnames but they want information from me for quality and record purposes I found that profound. Then a supervisor by the name of Elizabeth assisted in finding where these purchases where made, 3 purchases where made in 3 different shops in Cape Town on the 9 of September. Mind you I stay in Nelspruit but on that particular date I was in Hammanskraal doing Aerobics as an Aerobics instructor. Now they told me the matter was under investigation... Only later I was handed over to Blake attorneys now I am being harassed by them I have also send them email in different email but still nothing, I am being harassed from my phone to my work phone for a purchase I never made to an account I closed years back. Please help and intervene in this matter. Your response will be highly appreciated.
