App**** for an account last week.. hadn't heard back from them..called in on the number that was left only to be put through to a rude lady from the collections department..she says I need to keep waiting for a call and there is no number to call to find out about my application..then I call a number that I saw on another post which is supposedly customer care..someone there answers the calls and keeps quite and I can hear the noise in the back ..and then drops the call...call back and it's that message of the office hours.. first off..if it's home time..do not answer the damn call..and to drop the call in someone's ear is rude and disgusting..What ****ty service and I really didn't even expect much better from them as I see the rest of the pathetic reviews they get
