Tshepo Setaka - Resolve your Issue on Social Media

Firstly WOW!!

I received a R100 voucher via SMS from Edgars. Fine Print not clear. I call to find out the expiry date.
Tshepo tells me it is expired. I ask him to refer to management to reinstate the voucher as the fine print was not clear. He refuses to escalate to management. I also asked him to have management call me. He says they will never call me back . So is it an Edgars Company Value not to attend to customers? So I tell Tshepo that I will log it on social Media if he does not resolve it internally. He says go ahead no stress!! I ask, do you not care about your organisation image and reputation. He says go ahead, no stress about 10 times to me. All that with a really bad attitude. Speechless.

So what do I want

1. Close my account with a R15K credit Line
2. Stick the R100 voucher back in the drawer where it came from
3. Provide me the call recording which I am entitled to
4. Do not even bother to apologise to me
5. provide me the MD or CEO contact details. If not provided, I am resourceful enough to obtain it myself
