Trying to settle my overdue account.
I have tried a number of times to get the necessary details in order to settle my outstanding account. How am I supposed to do so if I am sent on a wild goose chase, and no one can actually help me!? You are quick to hand your customers over and take money, but when we need assistance from your side it is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
