Trying to close account for more that a year now!

We are still trying to close this account. Check date below 14 Jul 2023 then 12 October 2023. Now the edgers club was back on and now a blue label mobile charge! Club was not activated by me as I did cancel it last year! The mobile – they cant give me info on who requested it, to what number or when it was activated!

Again I had to cancel all this and now owe R586.

I don’t have an Edgers in the area I stay thus trying to close this account. To date we are charged and still have an account 14 July 2023 till today 5 Nobember 2024!
