Trying to cancel my Edgars card and services

Please assist - I have been trying to close my Edgars and my Edgars-related services e.g. Edgars Club card and insurance (that I never asked for). I've spent hours on the phone sent from one number to the next to no avail. Numbers either are never answered or do not exist. There are no answer to emails either, except for one kind RCS lady, Zimkhita who tried to help, but even she also can't seem to help with the Edgars Club and insurance services. Meanwhile monthly statements continue. This is highly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money.
