TRYING DESPERATELY TO CLOSE MY EDGARS ACCOUNT

I have been trying to close my Edgars account since the end of last month. When it was still Edgars doing the accounts I had a Credit balance. Now that RCS is doing the accounts i have a monthly fee charged and CANNOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. Ihave provided my Id and proof of banking details to them and still nothing has happened. Each time i call the call centre I am told they will forward a query to the department and then NOTHING HAPPENS. I have reference numbers that say i will get a response within 48hrs to no avail. HOW DO I CLOSE MY EDGARS ACCOUNT??????????????
