Today I was highveld mall at costumer care to asked if the can send back my vouchers cox my account still new I found ladie here name is Tilly she was great easy and welcoming everyone I told her I lost my phone and my vouchers was send in to it so it's possible to resended again she told me yes u can but I need to buy something before to activate it

I came back again I queued again and i was assisted by this girl Nellysiwe this girl she doesn't no nothing and she Rudd to customers I don't wish to go back the and find here again I will wait for hours to find someone to help
