Traumatising Customer Experience
After speaking to a helpful lady at the Edgars ***** department she instructs me to take all relevant documents to my nearest store which is Edgars Middelburg CBD. I walk into the store at 16:45 , and approach the account queries section to my amazement there was nobody around i then walk to the cellphone counter and the lady goes to the back to call someone. she comes out saying the lady, \ the only lady that can assist me is busy cashing up please come back tomorrow. I insist that the store does not close until 5' o clock and that somebody needs to help me.<br> <br> She then brings a gentlemen named Takalani
