Trashy Sales staff
I was extremely annoyed after visiting the Mac store in Eastgate. I specifically went to Edgars to buy Mac products but after dealing with the staff that worked at Mac I changed my mind. The sales lady's were more interested in themselves then assisting me. They attitude was catty and superior. I had to ask for assistance. They seemed to think they were on a modeling shoot. Due to their poor service I ended up buying a different cosmetic brand and will never be visiting that Mac counter again.
