Transaction Gone wrong

I am giving 1 star to Siphiwe the TomFord sales rep. But Edgars Clearwater Mall management and transactions department you have treated me unfairly. Money has been debited from my account but I do not have my cologne to date. I purchased on Friday the 14th Feb and Head Office is reviewing a transaction of funds that left my account. Really upsetting standard- you can keep your cologne/perfume for R3050 and refund me back my money. Thanks
