Train your staff
I will never be going into Edgars Pavilion again - besides never having stock and the most untidiest merchandising displays, the staff there are the most unhelpful and rudest people i have come across. I was asking if they had extra stock in the back of a certain style in the Kenzo range - they walked literally around the corner and sauntered back and said no - THEY DIDNT EVEN GO TO THE STOCKROOM! Shopping at times in painful but shopping in that store with that staff is actually unbearable!
