TORN PANTIES FOR A PREGNENT WOMEN

I spoke to an consultant this morning Tsepho about an query that I have been waiting more than a week for someone to assist me with underwear that I bought in Cape Town and when I came to Worcester released that the underwear was torn. I emailed the customer care address [Email Removed] without any response Tuesday 02 June without any response and even included a picture...!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again back to Tsepho at Customer Relations this morning explained me whole situation to him and when he called me back this morning he was speaking to me as if I am an child and without any ethical manner...is this the way Edcon deal with an unhappy customer? is this the tone they use when speaking to a customer? How can you have a person like Tsepho work for you and he treats customers like this if you have an enquiry about an purchase.....going back to my reason for all this....the Worcester Branch Manager also NEVER called or emailed me back even though I saw last week Wednesday that she read me email....is this the way Edcon deals with customers??????WOW!!!
