torn guess tshirt
I bought a guess tshirt (R249) from the branch on 10-02-2015, i wore the tshirt on friday 13/02/2015, when i got to the office a colloeague of mine informed me that the tshirt was torn. i decided to go to the branch to find out if they cannot do an exchange. they took me on a run around beefore eventually asking me for the proof of purchace of which i didnt have. i made them aware o the fact that i dont have it but have the tag and they still refused to help me. i had no option but to continue wearing a torn tshirt for the rest of the day which i find was not necessary. i dont know what to do because ow i am sitting with a torn R250 tshirrt that i cannot even wear.

Please note we can only refund or exchange provided that; there is a proof of purchase; the item still has price tags and in its original condition. However, it is different with the branded items as they need to be assessed. Kindly note we can only do that with a proof of purchase. The policy forbids an exchange or a refund without a proof of purchase, especially on branded items.
