Top class service
Huge compliments on outstanding service provided by Neville and Yasien in the mens clothing division at your V&A Waterfront Store. I had ordered TM Lewin shirts online and got the sizing completely wrong. On two seperate days (the first day I just happened to be in the mall for dinner, but did not have the shirts themselves) both of the guys assisted me and went out of the way to make a plan re exchanging and finding the perfect fit for me. They easily spent 20 minutes with me and were extremely patient. Really appreciate their professionalism and manners. You have two superb members of staff who should be rewarded for their approach. I do hope this gets fed back to them
