I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Cindy Simelane at the Sandton branch for coming back to me on Tuesday and ensuring my issue was resolved. Unlike I assumed they were avoiding my call on Monday, when Hazel didn't call as promised, Cindy informed me the shop was closed without prior notice. That explained the phone just going unanswered. I'm delighted to say Cindy and in her absence, her manager, Syabonga, ensured my case received the required priority and the deliver went smoothly. My parcel arrived today, thanks to their efforts and enthusiasm! I'm humbled to say their acts of kindness, professionalism and reliability restored my faith in amazing service.
