Tired of waiting for my refund

I accidentally paid my telkom payment into Edon via banking app. It's been two and a half months. i have sent email upon email everyday, to every department, to complaints, to RCS to Absa and no body has made an attempt to refund my R1030, as if it does not exists. Even with the proof i send them, to date still nothing. They feel they are untouchable and you have no power to do anything. My next step will be, to make a case against them at the police station, because i have the proof that they have my money.
