Tired of Edgars phone calls

They phone me every month to remind me to make a payment. Seriously I have had enough. They don't have to phone a client that always makes payments. Today they phoned again after I laid a complaint last month. If it wasn't for the funeral policy on my account I would have closed it. I tried to phone the 086 number to lay another complain with them but it is not working.
