Time and money wasted due to bad customer service

One of the agents at an Edgars store convinced me toapp**** for an account at Edgars. So I received the email to collect my card. The nearest Edgars is about 1 hours drive (I told the agent that but he said I shouldn't worry about that). When I finally got there I waited for more than a hour for customer service so that we could activate the card. But customer service never helped. After waiting so long they told me the servers are down and they can't help me. I had to drive back home again with nothing to show, wasted more than 3 hours and petrol for nothing.
