Three time charged on one purchase
I was charged three times on spectacles I bought from Vaal Mall Specsavers with the Edgars card, I was supposed to pay R2400,75 on the 4 July 2014, which I found that out in September 2014. in that September I went & complained at Edgars at Vaal Mall to the credit manager named Clara who promised to help me with such, I have been paying R500 every month until august, I stopped paying because also they have put me through the credit bureau. I need them to fix the mistake they made because it is now damaging my name.
