Threatening and harassing a 76 year old lady - disgusting!

<p>Our original problem has still not been resolved by Edgars, even after supplying them with the necessary dispute forms and getting many promises. Have requested an updated statement yet again, but instead my 76 year old mother in law gets a telephone call threatening her with all sorts of actions and legal proceedings. Edgars - please remember that the the onus is on you to prove the guilt of my mother in law, threats mean nothing. We will therefore no longer entertain any of these phone calls. And again - please sort the original ***** issue out and send us a new statement. </p>
