I bought a Adidas hoody at Edgars Boksburg for my son on Sunday 30/6 and he wanted to ware it yesterday 1/7. He noticed that there is mark on the item and he took it off. When I arrived home, he showed me the mark and it is a mark of the steam iron used in the shops. I know that because I use to work temporary at Fashion world as a many years ago. I told him to take it off and my husband took it back today 2/7, because we are working parents. The manager at Edars refused to change the item stating that the item was washed and ironed. I paid R700 for an item which was spoiled in the stote by the staff and we get the blame for it. This is ridicules *********.
