This company is nothing but a frustration

<p>I keep receiving calls from their call centre but as soon as you answer the call gets cut. This has been going on for weeks now and is becoming an irritation. So I called the head office and they gave me the customer service number to call. Lol, what a joke. I called the number at 08h15 and received a message that the operating hours are from 08h00 onwards during the week and then the call gets cut. Wake up Edgars!! Get people in your call centres and stores that know what they are doing. If I get one more phone call from your company and it is a dropped call, I will close my account, get my falmily to close their accounts and I will become extra active on social media making people aware of your incompetence!</p>
