After being harrased for months for owing amounts that dont make sense to me i get home and find my mother frustrated,not knowing what to do anymore as she had policies with edgars with her Jet card, she had went to different retail stores to cancel them, neither was able to assist her, she went to the police station to make an affidavit as she had reached a stage where she had had enough so she started keeping record of all their communication,she went thru and gave the paper work and the policies where cancelled.they sent smses to say the policies were cancelled but money keeps accumulating on her account for the cancelled policies which really doesnt make sense worse they now calling her from the MBD for collections which is frustrating for a old woman.
