Third time and still waiting for a response

I'm just going to keep copying and pasting my reports so you can see how long I've been waiting, and I've been waiting since May for a response from Edgars. Note that I will no longer be able to return the shoes as its way past the return date.<br> <br> this is was my original complaint:<br> <br> To whom this reaches,<br> <br> On May 29th I submitted a query through Edgars online customer service page on their websites, they did not respond and so two weeks later I sent another message regarding the issue I had with their service. It is now June 23rd and I have still yet to get so much a missed call from Edgars. I tried calling their call center but could not speak to anyone on 2 different occasions. I will not be able to return the items I purchased as it has been over a month. This is horrible service from such a huge company.
